Brittany Glendenning

Brittany Glendenning, CPA is a Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of PetroCap, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap, Brittany spent nine years with Lantern Asset Management, LLC, serving as Controller for the last five years, focusing on distressed investments from a wide variety of industries from manufacturing, transportation, retail, hospitality, timeshare, and entertainment. As the Controller, Brittany oversaw all accounting functions related to Lantern’s investment vehicles. Before Lantern, Brittany was a Senior Fund Accountant at the Archon Group, where she managed accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple real estate funds comprising over $1.1 billion of global investments in commercial real estate, hotels, and loan portfolios. She began her career at KPMG and served as a Senior Accountant within the Assurance and Advisory Services practice specializing in real estate, private equity funds, and sports teams. Brittany is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and graduated with a Masters in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
